Operation precautions:
1, the machine is absolutely prohibited to heat or test explosive, combustible and highly corrosive substances. Otherwise, it will cause unnecessary losses, or the machine can not be tested.
2, the amount of test object placement can not affect the air circulation of the test box, otherwise it will affect the machine performance.
3, when using the door to close, close tightly, otherwise the temperature and humidity leakage, can not reach the performance area.
4, designated personnel to operate this machine, so as to avoid early damage to the machine.
5, the machine is attached to the left side of the test hole, can be connected to the box test line use
6. When you want to observe the changes in the box during the test, you can turn on the lamp [door light switch] in the box and observe the changes of the samples in the box through the window.
7, if the machine is operating below 0℃, should try to avoid opening the door, because in the low temperature, the bitter opening of the door is easy to cause the internal evaporator and other parts of the ice sealing phenomenon, especially the lower the temperature, the more serious the situation
If it must be opened, the time should be as short as possible.
8, when the low temperature operation is completed, be sure to set the temperature condition of 60C for drying treatment about half an hour after opening the door, so as not to affect the measurement time of the next operating condition or the evaporator icing phenomenon or the test object damage. (If the machine fails due to the actual 60C drying treatment, it is also an error during the warranty period, and the company will not provide free service).
9, during the operation, unless absolutely necessary, please do not open the door, otherwise it may lead to the following adverse consequences:
It is very dangerous for high temperature and moisture to rush out of the box!
The inside of the door still maintains high temperature causing damage!
Hot air can trigger a fire alarm and cause misoperation!
Open the door method: When the operator opens the door, he must move backward in the direction of the door to prevent a large number of hot gases from pouring out of the machine.
10, please note that the machine must be safely grounded to avoid electrostatic induction!
11, circuit short-circuit device, temperature overtemperature protector, to provide the safety protection of the machine test products and operators, so please check regularly.
